As part of the Relight project, FacilitAscolto recently held a transformative training session for a women's circle of migrants. Creating Women's Circles aims to foster integration by bringing together local and migrant women. The circles serve as a platform for exchanging ideas, thoughts, and experiences and thus strengthening the bond between these groups in society.

Around the world, immigrant women often struggle to start businesses and become entrepreneurs due to challenges like lack of resources and limited support networks. Providing them with the right tools and knowledge helps them overcome these obstacles, empowering them to pursue their goals and build a better future.

A three-day transnational training programme was recently held in Rome as part of the Relight project, bringing together trainers, partner organizations, and young migrant women to foster empowerment, learning, and growth. The training aimed to equip participants with practical tools and skills to navigate challenges, build self-leadership, and create inclusive opportunities within their communities. Key sessions explored entrepreneurship, intersectionality, and the establishment of women’s circles as support networks, offering a comprehensive approach to promoting integration and empowerment.

The partners of emphasyscentre, facilitascolto, intermediakt, amepap and Dramblys shared two days in which we drew the project objectives and refined every detail to achieve success and, therefore, be of greater and better help for those women for whom it is intended.
